      FAQs

      What destinations do you plan?

I specialize in Oregon, Washington, and British Columbia, including road trips, national parks, coastal routes, city breaks, and mix-and-match itineraries.

What’s the difference between Basic and Deluxe?

Basic gives you the full itinerary, lodging suggestions, and a budget-friendly cost breakdown.
Deluxe includes all of that plus direct booking links for hotels, rental cars, and guided tours, along with restaurant suggestions—so booking is fast and easy.

Do you book hotels, rental cars, and tours for me?

I provide carefully selected options and direct booking links (Deluxe Package) so you can book confidently with your own payment details. This keeps everything in your name and gives you full control over rewards, cancellations, and preferences.

How does Complimentary Trip Planning work?

It’s a streamlined way to get a complete itinerary for sightseeing and activities in your destination. If you’d like lodging ideas, budget breakdowns, and booking links, the Basic or Deluxe package is a better fit.

How far in advance should I book?

Earlier is always better—especially for summer weekends, national parks, and coastal towns. That said, I can also help with last-minute trips if there’s availability.

What do you need from me to get started?

Your dates, who you’re traveling with, your budget range, your pace (chill vs go-go-go), your must-dos, and any dealbreakers (mobility needs, food preferences, etc.). You can share this on a call or via the intake form.

Can you plan RV trips too?

Yes—RV-friendly routes and stops are absolutely on the menu. Just tell me your rig size and your comfort level with driving distances.

Can you work with dietary needs or accessibility considerations?

Yes. Tell me what you need (mobility considerations, dietary restrictions, kid-friendly priorities), and I’ll tailor recommendations accordingly.

How many revisions do I get?

You’ll have a chance to review your itinerary and request tweaks so it feels right. (Tip: list your must-dos up front so we nail it faster.)

Do you plan trips outside the Pacific Northwest?

Right now, my focus is the PNW—that’s where I can give you the best local insight and the most useful recommendations.

      What’s your refund policy?

Because this is a custom service and time is reserved specifically for your trip, planning fees are typically non-refundable once work begins. If something unexpected happens, reach out and we’ll find a fair solution.
